OUR STORY
Our skilled team is run by Jacob Paulus - whose pizza career started back in 2015, aged 13 running the floor of a private party handing out guest's pizzas despite being more worried about how many tips could be collected that night.

Since then, the mindset has changed - no longer is the aim a few tips - but instead we are on a mission to produce the most delicious and authentic wood-fired pizzas in the country.
To achieve this, we have honed all of our experience within the pizza industry from other companies and pubs in order to create the best combination of service and most importantly - TASTE!

We can't wait to deliver our offering, which is catering for private parties, corporate events, local festivals and weddings within Cheltenham and the surrounding areas to begin, with visions of supplying our pizzas to the nation in years to come.
OUR APPROACH
As the name suggests, we pop up wherever the event takes us and serve our pizzas from a gazebo. We require limited space and no additional services, such as gas or electricity, to allow you to focus on the important stuff.
Our fresh, hand crafted pizzas are served on-site from our wood-fired pizza oven. We have a wide range of customisable menu options to suit all dietary requirements, whilst offering a theatrical dining experience, preparing and cooking our pizzas live for guests to enjoy. We top that all off with an efficient and professional service along with a personal touch, to ensure a seamless and memorable event.

Our carefully crafted system allows us to have pizzas ready to eat from order within 5 minutes, meaning we can move quickly if required. Don't forget we are an energetic and enthusiastic team, allowing us to elevate the party - whether that is with the food or on the dance floor as well!
