How it started
The Pop Up Pizza Co began with a simple mission: to share authentic Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza across Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath and the South West. Not the lukewarm, boxed-up kind — the kind that comes off the paddle blistered and leopard-spotted, ninety seconds after it went in.
What started as a passion grew into mobile pizza catering for weddings, corporate events and private parties across the region. Today we cover a 50-mile radius and cater for everything from intimate gatherings of 20 to celebrations of 500 or more — and the oven is always the centrepiece, never hidden away in a kitchen.
