The biggest lever by far. We price per pizza, so your headcount sets the foundation of every quote — from intimate parties of 20 to weddings of 500.
Distance
We cover a 50-mile radius across Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Bristol and Bath. Events towards the edge of that range carry a little extra for travel.
Date
Peak summer Saturdays are our busiest dates and book up months ahead. Midweek and off-season events give you more flexibility on both date and price.
Service length
A 90-minute birthday service and an all-evening wedding service are different jobs. Tell us your timings and we'll quote for exactly what you need.

How many pizzas do I need for my event?
As a general rule, we recommend one pizza per person. However, from experience, we usually suggest booking slightly fewer pizzas than your total guest count. For example, for 170 guests we'd recommend 150 pizzas, as there are always a few who don't eat, some who share, and some who have two. We'll advise you on the right number when you get in touch.
How far in advance should I book pizza catering?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates during the busy summer season. Popular dates can book up months in advance. To secure your date, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit.
