The Pop Up Pizza Co is a family-run caterer based in Cheltenham that caters corporate events for 20 to 500 people, at your workplace or venue. Every pizza is made fresh to order in front of your guests, and we invoice your company directly.
We cater away days, staff parties, family fun days, client days, open days, product launches, summer parties and office lunches, with no kitchen needed. We cover about a 50-mile, one-hour radius from Cheltenham, including Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury, the Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Oxford, Swindon, Wiltshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

What corporate events have you done recently?
In September 2026 we cooked for 75 University of Bath staff at Claverton Down, Bath, with no mains power needed. In August 2026 we did a team lunch for REP Fitness in Stonehouse at short notice.
We also served a staff lunch at a business park in Worcester in September 2026.

Looking at food truck hire for a corporate event?
We do the same job as a food truck, cooking fresh on site, but our set-up is an oven under a gazebo. We arrive about an hour before service to set up, and we clear up before we leave.

How much does corporate pizza catering cost?
Office and corporate catering starts from £12 per head plus VAT, with a minimum booking of £400 plus VAT. The final quote depends on your numbers, distance, date and service length. Send us your details and we will come back with a firm price, usually within a few hours.
Can you invoice our company and quote a PO number?
Yes. Every corporate booking gets an invoice made out to your company, and if your finance team runs on purchase orders we will add your PO number to the quote and the invoice.
Can our team pre-order their pizzas?
Yes, and for office lunches we recommend it. Send us everyone's order in advance and each pizza comes off the oven boxed and named, ready to hand out. At a recent quiz night all 35 pre-arranged orders landed exactly as requested.
What do you need from our office, site or away-day venue?
A flat space of at least 3m by 4m (4m by 4m is handy) for our gazebo and ovens, plus room for the van. The setup is fully self-sufficient: we bring everything with us and need no water, and no mains power for the oven. We're an outdoor set-up only, so the oven always cooks outside, and your team is welcome to collect their pizzas and eat them inside.
How quickly can you feed a large team?
We can serve up to 100 pizzas an hour with the full team on board, so the queue keeps moving.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We offer vegan cheese on our vegetarian pizzas and can provide gluten-free alternatives with notice (contains mustard). Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when booking and we will make sure everyone is catered for.
How far in advance should we book?
For set-piece dates we advise booking at least six weeks ahead, and summer weekends fill fastest. Midweek office lunches are usually easier to slot in, and being based in Cheltenham helps with shorter-notice dates nearby.
