Booking, made simple
Six things worth knowing before you book pizza catering with us. No legalese, no traps — just how we work.

Securing your date
A 25% deposit secures your date in the diary, and without it we can't confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Popular weekends, especially through the summer, book up months ahead, so once you're ready, the deposit takes your date off the market for good.

The balance
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. We'll send a clear invoice well in advance, so there are no surprises and nothing to think about on the day itself.

Rescheduling
Plans change, we get it. If you need to move your date, your deposit can carry over, subject to availability, though the quote may go up depending on the time of year and day of the week of your new date. The earlier you let us know, the more options we'll have.

Rain or shine
Our setup is weather resilient and events run rain or shine. We're a British business — a grey sky doesn't stop the oven, and we'll work with you on positioning if the forecast turns properly wild. We've never had a problem with bad weather yet, and if something out of our control happens, we'll look to move your event.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, but if your event has to be cancelled, your deposit stays valid for 3 months towards a new date. We aim to be reasonable human beings about it — talk to us as early as you can and we'll find the fairest outcome together.

Dietary requirements
Allergies and dietary requirements are confirmed at booking, so everything is documented and prepared for well before we arrive. Gluten-free alternative bases with notice (contains mustard) and vegan cheese on request — just tell us who needs what when you book.
