The experience

We have served wedding pizza catering at honey-stone barns in the Cotswolds, marquee receptions across Gloucestershire and elegant venues such as Ellenborough Park, and the rhythm is always the same: we arrive quietly, set up in around an hour, and by the time your guests wander over, the oven is roaring at 500°C. Every pizza is fired to order in 90 seconds — blistered, charred and leopard-spotted, exactly as it would be in Naples.
