The experience
Your wedding caterer should give you one less thing to think about, and your guests one more thing to talk about. We have served wedding pizza catering at honey-stone barns in the Cotswolds, marquee receptions across Gloucestershire and elegant venues such as Ellenborough Park in Cheltenham, and the rhythm is always the same: we arrive quietly, set up in around an hour, and by the time your guests wander over, the oven is roaring and the first pizzas are already on the paddle. Every pizza is fired to order: blistered, charred and leopard-spotted. From relaxed festival-style wedding breakfasts to late-evening feasts that refuel the dance floor, we shape the service around your day, never the other way round.

What couples ask us
Can you do the evening food at our wedding?
Yes, and that's when most couples have us: the evening reception, often around 8pm after the first dance. Every pizza is made fresh to order, and guests come up whenever they're hungry.
We arrive about an hour ahead and set up quietly. Any pizzas left at the end are boxed up and left with you, so guests can help themselves later in the evening. If you would rather have pizza at the wedding breakfast, we're more than happy to do that.
Can you cater a relaxed or barn wedding?
Yes, relaxed festival-style weddings are part of what we do. We don't need mains power or water for the oven, so a barn venue with no facilities is fine as long as there is flat ground outside.
We cook under our own gazebo, so rain doesn't stop service, and guests can collect their pizzas and eat them inside.
Do you cover weddings across Gloucestershire as well as the Cotswolds?
Yes, we're based in Cheltenham and cover about a 50-mile, one-hour radius, including Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury and the Cotswolds.
That radius also takes in Bristol, Bath, Oxford, Swindon, Wiltshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We're happy to go further, though extra travel costs may apply.

How much does wedding evening food cost?
Wedding pizza catering starts from £12 per head plus VAT, with travel, set-up, service and clean-up included. Our minimum booking is £400 plus VAT.
As a rough guide, around 50 guests starts from about £650 and 100 or more from about £1,200, all plus VAT. For prime summer weekends, May to the end of August, the minimum may be higher depending on demand. A 25% deposit secures your date in the diary.
If your venue charges caterers a pitch fee, that is between you and the venue and isn't part of our quote.
